1. What is your waiting time policy?
Airport arrival transfers: 60 minutes free waiting time for arrival at the airport after the flight has landed. Delays due to immigration, customs, etc., may incur additional charges.
City transfer: 30 minutes free waiting time for city transfers.
Additional charges apply beyond the free period, charged every 15 minutes. The waiting time rates are based on your vehicle. Our chauffeurs never leave without clients’ permission.
2. When do you provide the driver details?
We aim to provide the driver details 24 hours before the service. (driver’s name, phone, and vehicle information) On high-demand days, such as holidays, events, King’s Day, or last-minute bookings, we strive to provide this information 12 to 3 hours before the service.
Sometimes due to special circumstances, driver assignments may take longer than usual. We do everything we can to provide the driver’s info as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
3. What is Meet & Greet Service at Schiphol airport?
This is a personalized service where your chauffeur will meet you at the arrival hall (first exit after baggage claim) with a name sign. Your flight will be monitored and the pickup time will be adjusted accordingly, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. Please make sure that the phone number you provide can receive text messages.
4. What is your cancellation policy?
Airport and City transfers: The booking can be canceled up to 24 hours free of charge.
Hourly Service: The service can be canceled 48 hours before the service, free of charge.
Sprinter, Coaches, and multiple bookings: On request (or provided in the quotation)
Cancellations made after the free period give us the right to charge 100% of the original price. Please note that credit card payments and deposits will be refunded with a 3,5% administration fee.
5. Is the provided rate all-included?
All our provided rates include VAT and gratuity for the driver. Additional parking costs, waiting time, stopovers, and vehicle changes come with additional charges.
6. Which payment methods do you accept?
Invoice/Account Payments: You’ll receive the invoice after the service is completed.
Cash/Card to the chauffeur: The chauffeur accepts creditcards, pin, or cash (EURO) payments.
Online payments: We provide payment links for iDeal or Credit card payments.
